Happy day ! after lots of uncertainty and restlessness today was finally the day to exhale all of it. Im so grateful for the opportunities that have been given to us. But mostly im just super thrilled with my momsters, she deserves so much more. i thought a cuy conga line was entitled today. CONGA!

Small Accomplishments day

Happy small accomplishments day ! ok, so its a made up day, and? I am eagerly overreacting to my newly founded cooking abilities, mind you i thought i had zero. But as it turns out i'm not completely "useless" as my mother once described me. (im sure she said it with love) I'm not saying i'm a chef prodigy BUT the dish i made today was scrumptious *queue round of applause* . I made one of my favorites : CAUSA made out of potatoes and tuna. My special someone requested i make it without mayonase/mayonnaise/mayonesa, for preference reasons. this will be an obstacle ... i gotta figure out how to replace it. ideas?

MI CASA SU CASA

Lately i'm been thinking about the term "HOME". What is a home ? Is home really where the heart is, is it where one grows up and has their childhood memories. If so what about the new memories, are they not part of a home? To some a house can be many places a person lives in, but there will be ever only one home. So, I ask what defines a home. Personally, only having ever moved twice, i have a wonderful house, yes. In fact home doesn't really seem like a place with four walls and a ceiling, but a state of being, a feeling or even a person. Somewhere i long to be and miss above anything, where i feel safest and happiest, somewhere where i can be myself completely and truly without fear of judgement or criticism, that's my home, that's where i belong.

But alas, we all do need four walls and a floor to survive and kick back on friday afternoons and sunday mornings. My ideal home now being a loft. not sure where it'll be located though, its more of a mystery. i've had this idea in my head for quiet some time now, and thousands of decorating ideas are bumper car-ing around in my head! (i know, like a little girl with a doll house). Whichever, i'm looking forward to our place very much, hopefully we'll have it soon! (fingers crossed!).

Off to the beach this week, in dire need of sunlight, ceviche and my all time favorite free pedicure, which is the only thing i am grateful to sand for. 

Unfortunately I wont spend Sunday with my favorite person. *sigh/headdown*

Todays shopping trip went longer then expected, yay! And Oren (L) bought me magic markers, because she is awesome.

Live on the Coke Side of Life

  Good afternoon all, about to head out in search of markers, crayons and daily planners ! Buying school supplies always gives me that exciting/stomach back-flips/delicious new-paper-smell mood. Even though its not for myself, i still enjoy it thoroughly. It helps that todays weather is a little cream puff blue sky, as good as it gets here. mood : upbeat ! Lets see if i can find that mysterious tent today, hmm . Also, later on today I want to tackle a small project i have in mind. Memo to me!

UPDATES

Hooray ! Long overdue makeover for my blog, which i am completely satisfied with (: Currently have in mind many projects and TO DO'S, here are a few :

1. find a job (a.s.a.p)
2. create bday card for upcoming bday!
3. locate forgotten tent
4. cook something this week (no baking, actual cooking)
5. maintain blog updated.
6. stress level to be kept low *omm*

Now that i have loads of free time available, this should not be a problem.
